The first step involves our team really getting to know your business, your industry, your competition and your customers. This involves meeting with your team, conducting some research, doing customer interviews and really drilling down to the core of how people see you now and how you want them to see you moving forward.

Once the discovery is complete, our team will develop a brand message and strategy unique to you. We’ll present what we feel the promise is that you need to communicate and suggest tactics for how it can be expressed throughout your business operations.

Once we’ve developed your brand strategy and you’ve approved this direction, our designers will move into interpreting your brand characteristics in a more visual way. 

Once these steps are complete and you have signed off your approval, we’ll develop brand guidelines for you. This is your handbook for how to properly express your brand: where and how to use the logo, colors, fonts and just as importantly, how NOT to use them, in order to consistently communicate your message.

It’s hard to imagine you without your face. It’s just as hard to imagine your company without your logo. It will serve to identify your business and needs to be thoughtfully designed by professionals who understand.

If every girl’s crazy about a sharp dressed man (Thanks ZZ Top), then everyone is more likely to remember a well-dressed experience. We intentionally style those experiences with items that mark those moments:

  • Slideshow presentation templates
  • Social media frames

We get by with a little help from our friends, and those who you work with will get by with a little help from your style guide to give them directions on how to properly portray you. When you’ve been intentional about your appearance, the last thing you want is someone haphazardly making it up as they go. That’s the purpose of a brand style guide. Tone of voice, font choices, photography styles, logo formatting dos and don’ts, etc.

In 2006, Facebook emerged and it seems like the world has almost completely changed to a digital-first format. Before you jump straight in, however, there are some critical things to get right so you don’t get it all wrong. Not only is it important which words you use, how you’re categorized, and what type of content you’ll show, but did you know that your first 15 days can make or break you? If not, this is a great place to start the conversation.
